This week I had many challenges!!! I go over my caloric intake and my frustrations.
I also got sick!
I was in a classroom setting and made it hard to not crave foods.
I started intermediate fasting and did it every day.
No breakfast but coffee is okay.
My first meal was at lunch and mainly a salad with some protein.
Dinner was always a veggie and protein.
I eliminated carbs and sugars.
My fiber intake was through veggies.
My calories per day capped out at 1500.
No cheat days.
I went from week one 228 pounds dropping 8 pounds hitting 220.6 pounds for the weigh in for week 2.
I relate it all to calories.
Remember I have 8 total weeks and I'm excited to continue.
