I feel like that’s me the majority of the time. If I take a break from working out, it gets so hard for me to get back into the swing of things! That’s why I need to stay on my tail 😂😩

I got those Pumpkin Spice protein drinks and they are nasty LOL, SO I made them into a smooth shake. I take 1 small frozen banana + cinnamon + ice + the shake. I am telling you it's soooo much better! I don't know if you can have banana or not, but maybe try half of a small one? I try not to over-blend in the Nutribullet because when it's nice and thick you can eat it with a spoon like it's a frozen yogurt or something! Have you tried the Mint shakes? I have a feeling they will be better but IDK if I want to waste the money lol. I had to get my pumpkin ones off Amazon.

The mint chocolate shakes are chalky. Don't waste your coins.

@@candisabram3430 thank you! I just got the caramel ones and they taste 😝 but since I spent so much money on them I’ll power through and finish them. I’ve learned my lesson no fun flavors…. Strawberry is nasty too. I didn’t mind the banana one, but my favs are chocolate and cafe latte. Honestly the Walmart ones at cheaper and taste the same (chocolate ones).

I can feel your commitment to a healthier life! You got this! Always great to see another video of yours. As for stalls…I try to put them in the context of everything else that is going on in my life. The last time my scale stalled for a month I hit a personal record on my squat, benchpress, deadlift, and half marathon. Thinking of those accomplishments made the stall seem less important…less permanent…because I was living my best…healthiest life.

It sounds like you know what to do, just gotta stay consistent girl! I'm 4 months po as well, and have been snacking more than I'd like too due to the holidays (my excuse anyway lol). Thankfully no regain. You got this! Let's crush these goals going into 2022.
