Morning : apple cider vinegar with 1 glass of water Morning breakfast : half a cup of oats cooked in plain water Curd water with very thin consistency till i have my snacks. Snacking: salads Lunch : Dal with soya chunks (if you are a non vegetarian then you can have chicken) Evening snacks : one cup tea without sugar and 1 roti Dinner : three hard boiled eggs. You can exercise in the morning ,half an hour of exercise is enough. Good luck

U can maintain by monitoring daily. For instance If ur weight gets increased to 3 kg, then reduce it again. Daily monitoring is important to keep a check

If you are confident enough you will lose weight. If not you will welcome many diseases. I am also one among those overweight people. I am losing weight to be healthy. My overweight is not my crime with my body. It's all about lifestyle, responsibilities and commitments that made me overweight. I had issues because of overweight. But what do you say about people who were standing in doctor q for same problems or even worse but looking skinny? It's just a myth to say only overweight people get all diseases. Ground reality is different which you realise only when you visit hospital. Yes overweight is bad. We will correct it. What has this to do with my confidence? If you are confident you solve many problems. If you are not confident you invite many problems.

Body shaming is never right but you went metamorphosis due to it. That proves we are just lazy and there's nothing like thyroid and other excuses in most of the cases. In most of the cases we tend to eat more, move less.
