haha. I get where you're coming from. But a lot of people don't even try because they think you need a lot more than just walking.

... Well you could run and you do more. Or you could lift weight and lose even more.

Very true. But my point is, if you're doing nothing, just walking will start you off in the right direction to get the ball rolling. Or, if you are already lifting, this will supercharge the weight loss.
