WOW 😲 The craftsmanship on all that woodwork is absolutely stunning and looks so well finished. Everything fit to perfection. It's honestly extremely impressive. When you add in the super modern fixtures and fittings it brings together such a great vibe and very aesthetically pleasing. The 3 tier towel rack is really nice, along with that wooden bucket, have no idea what they are or used for, but it looks great quality. Only found your channel a few days ago and have been working my way through the back catalogue and the more I see of the Japanese interiors the more I am really impressed. The attention to detail and their passion of making such mundane daily use items so fun and 'quirky' is so cool to see. Things like the toothbrush covers, furniture socks, adorable cat sponges specifically to clean certain items only and let's not forget the Pokémon themed floor wipes. Just makes everything here, I'm on the UK, look really dull and boring. Think it really allows people in Japan the ability to express themselves via even the smallest of items, just things you normally pay no attention to because they are so boring and you have zero choice when it comes to personalisation. Can imagine it could really brighten your day if you are having a specifically crappy day and have house chores to do, open the cupboard to be greeted with fun shape and coloured items with all your favourite characters smiling back at you. It's the small things in life that can make all the difference. Love your channel BTW, you do such a great job showing the day-to-day life in Japan and I have to admit, I've never wanted to visit Japan so much in my life as I have since finding your content. You are a great spokesperson for both living there as a foreigner and also to hi-light just how great the country is for tourism. People seem extremely friendly and receptive too, in today's society that's really refreshing. Keep up with the great videos and can't wait to see what's in store for you. Owwww, while I remember, how's the 'PokéLids' hunt going? 😂

Our first day in Kyoto, there was a huge storm which triggered a migraine for me! So I spent the whole afternoon totally knocked out from the drugs that the pharmacy down the road gave me. Second and third day we got to explore and I fell in love. We had a traditional tea ceremony, and found a little Ghibli shop, and a little cat themed shop. I was totally blown away.
