I use dies to make stencils. Fabulous idea though. You can purchase stencil material on Amazon for relatively inexpensively: StencilArzok 12pcs 6mil Blank Stencil Material, 12 x 12inch- Make Your own Stencil.

Ardyth Percy-Robb, Birch Press dies are really pretty to create stencils from. Almost any die will work. Sometimes I create them just to make coloring afterwards easier. But often you can just use them on their own.

@@jaxsterspaku LOL! I think we may be related!! I agree completely - I have a video about it, too - Get More from your Layering Dies! And, I'm working on a video for how to use stencils (or die cuts) with this tool. Stay tuned!

Ardyth Percy-Robb , I would take you over most of my relatives any day! 😜 I love your videos. I tend to like the one where people talk and talk. The most fun ones are people that discuss their lives. It makes things more personal and fun. So I also love listening to Kelly Taylor, Cathy Zielski, It’s me JD, and Koren Wiskman. But you have the most melodic voice. So I love listening to you the most.

Can you direct me to a video using the 360 tool and embossing powders. Can this be done?
@ardyth
3 жыл бұрын
I haven't done a video like that. It would work - you could pounce your embossing ink through the stencil and then emboss it. I think you would need to lift, add powder and melt before you put it back and turn it, otherwise the embossing ink might smear. I will put it on my list of things to try with this amazing tool. In the meantime, I would check the Penguin Palace channel - they may have something.
