Fit up and prepping ends is very important . I found that a uniform land went a long way into putting a good bead in even if the space was a little wild . your heat sink was consistent . Transitioning 3-1 was the code here wall thickness times three . Done the transitions with a 5/32"x7" grinder disc . It was easy to do once you knew the technique . It would look like store bought. I was once told anybody can weld . I said yeah that's right but not everybody gets paid for it . The difference between a good welder and a gob snotter is very suttle very little but that difference allows the welder to get paid for it

Tell me, friend, what's going on? And what kind of cars are these? Whose are they? Are these welding cars for every welder? What is the working mode of these welders, constant from day to day, or does the company give them an order and they go to work on their welding machines? I am a welder, but from another country.I am writing through Google translator. It is very interesting how colleagues work in other countries.Thank you.Good luck. That's it, I figured it out.You teach pipe welding. Cool.Respect

Don't let my questions answer you, I'm really interested. Tell me how your salary pricing is going. There are welders at enterprises, as I understand it, they have an hourly rate. What is she like? And if the welder works for himself, how does he calculate the bill for the work done?

How do I deal with benign familial hand shakes? I tried beta-blockers but it did not work. Is there some trick I could use? Really enjoy welding but the shaking is major spoiler.

@@gavinjohn I know a gentleman welded with and he had the shakes due to something and I tell ya what he was a decent welder and was out there on the pipeline with me. I think you would still be able to mange how to run a puddle and stay consistent ya just need someone with the patience to guide ya in the right direction. Welding definitely takes time more so for others but sometimes people are just blessed with this gift and they pick it up ever so fast. Took me a long time to figure it out and I’m still not anything compared to so many well talented welders. Don’t let the world count ya out there is a way for you to master this art!
