I watched two live streams all day yesterday (a totally different picture from MSM coverage) and these people were peaceful and non violent. Then the policy enforcers turn up and the violence from them toward this peaceful crowd was something I hadn't seen since the Springbok tours in the 80s. These New Zealanders kept their cool despite being attacked violently and brutally at times, and at the end of the day the police gave up. I was absolutely disgusted by the NZ police. Many of them did not want to be a part of this and some were in tears.
@johnsullivan6709

I got a friend who was pelted with eggs by these peaceful protesters while she was walking to work ( which is now unable to open, she's already lost a weeks income ) hows that peaceful? Now we have NZ's buggest cult - Destiny Church in on it. Bishop Brian has announced 1- he's the true leader of NZ 2- Jesus was not resurrected 3- all his followers are Jesus 4- he is the essence of God and his followers are his children. If you think this isn't going to turn to shit your in dream world. NZ is in for its own Jonestown / Waco.

Freedom won because you have illegally imposed restrictions on others. You cant see that. protestors have and are causing the below Business having to close learning centre shutdown Students who have paid thousands and being told to stay home because of h&s risk Residents wearing masks abused and beaten. Human waste thrown on police men and women. Most of NZ want you to all just go home. In 2-4 months mosts restrictions will be gone due to widespread covid. It was only to slow it down. my gosh ...why cant you see. Its happened like this in other parts of the world. its attempt to SLOW IT DOWN then its back to normal.

If you want people to respect your rights you must first show that you respect theirs. I have no problem with the genuinely peaceful protesters who obey the law and have respect for their fellow citizens. But there's a rag-tag bunch involved here who just want to protest for protest's sake, they're spoiling for a fight and intent on disrespecting others' rights (obstructing them from going about their lawful business, abusing them because of what they choose to wear, carrying Trump flags and all sorts of other non-sense that doesn't have anything to do with the vaccine mandate issue). They're usurping the genuine protesters and drowning them out.
