The best choice I ever made was converting to a whole foods plant based lifestyle. The worst choice was not figuring it out sooner.

I love and support your dream of drowning out all of the mis-information so that we can all just be healthy. I’ve been working on my health for a very long time and I have suffered physically and emotionally at the hands of bad information. It was so sad to feel the frustration of it all and the feeling of hopelessness of not knowing how to help myself. Your work has helped me immensely. I’m improving every day in every way. Thank you. ❤ (I’ve been hyper nourishing (HN) since 1/5/23.)

Hi Dr.G! I really appreciate this video on protein!! You are an extremely intelligent and dedicated person and doctor. You certainly were put here for a reason!! Your Lupus childhood makes me cry... but look what you did with your life- and amazing how ALL the dots got connected with your husband and your brilliant mind and determination. 👍🙏❤️

Excellent information, you’ve squashed some myths about protein that I always believed. I started hyperishing 64oz a day (I’m 52, 5ft) when I started to get chronic allergies (a lot of mucus in my throat and sinus pressure) and after a few weeks I could tell the difference in improvement. When I don’t drink my smoothies it starts to act up again. Pains in my right arm form an injury have startedto go away after months of a lot of pain . When I don’t drink the smoothie, I actually crave it and can easily turn off animal protein more and more. So glad I found your channel, bless your heart, Dr. Goldner ❤

@@wildhorses6817 hey there didn’t see your earlier post until now. I do about 4-5 cup of super greens, and I add another cup of shredded cabbage and shredded Brussels sprouts. I don’t do the chia because I don’t like my smoothies thick. But I added 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed, cinnamon, thick slice of ginger root, the juice of one lime. For the fruit, I will do one small apple or pear, one kiwi, and either a small amount of pineapple or mango. I will pre package in separate bags and freeze. I don’t put a lot of fruit. And I take the water up to the 8 cup line in the vitamix. I prefer a thin consistency. Oh I also add a few scoops of powered collagen. Two very large tumblers. I’m hooked! Love em’

I'm all about your program! I am loving the smoothies and my body is craving the fresh greens and fruits. I had to back down on the chia seeds and might need to slowly add them to my diet. I have thrombocytopenia and for the last two months, I've been adding 1/4 cup chia seeds every day in my smoothies but my cycles had an incredible increase in heaviness and I guess thinned my blood too much. I stopped just the chia seeds and the cycle returned to normal and the heaviness stopped. So, I'll start with a small amount of chia or flaxseed, like a tablespoon and see how I respond.

Thank you Dr Goldner for clarifying the issue around protein, muscles and fat. When I see over-developed muscly men who look bulky rather than lean, I always think of them as fat, I don't care how much exercise they do, when they're muscle-bound like that they don't even walk properly imo as they have these bulky muscles in their arms, legs, etc. that are simply way too much. I also wonder what makes them want to look that way, is it some insecurity about maleness? I prefer the ancient Greece athletic look, very toned and muscly, but lean. Hope I don't offend anyone, this obsession with body-building is probably a trend that we will react to in future.

Yes!! Great video on protein vs exercise! 💪🏼 Question? The massive raw cruciferous veggies Slowed my cancer growth- but I now have Hypothyroidism with Severe fatigue, brain fog, and hair coming out-so I decided to decrease raw cruciferous for cooked veggies and less in raw salad. The cancer doctors will Not give Levothyroxine- as they say it is a Tumor promoter! Any natural remedies? Black cumin?? Ashwaganda??

I’ve been hyper nourishing for about two weeks now. I have been experiencing a ton of acid reflux at night since I started. I’ve dealt with acid reflux for twenty years but most of the time it’s just a mild flair here and there. This recent flair since going raw and hypernourishing has been brutal. Wondering if I need to back off on the raw or decrease the smoothie amount?

@Goodbyeeveryonehere
Жыл бұрын
The vegan doctors have answered this question in the past about osteoporosis. They say to go for long walks with bottles of water in a backpack. Our bones are only as strong as they need to be to carry your weight. If your body thinks you are heavier, they will become denser.

For disabled people all the emphasis on exercise is kinda depressing. Maximizing the diet is the key if u can’t move a lot and “pick up heavy things.” 🤷♀️

Steroids DO work on depression! Have you ever known someone who's been on prednisone, for a short period of time?. It makes them feel better aALL over.. and then, when it's time to wean off of them they become moody and grumpy. My husband suffers from Chrome's disease. And when he has a really bad flare up, his Dr will put him on prednisone for a week. And even he has noticed his mood changes. I'm certainly not advocating for it, but it does make a difference.. Good and bad..🙄
