Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken tenderloins or boneless skinless breast
16 oz panko breadcrums (plain or seasoned) OR almond flour (for a GF option)
Oil (veg, canola, or peanut)
Flour (can be any kind)
Milk (cows, almond, oat, etc. as long as it's plain)
2 eggs
Black pepper
Onion powder
Pearl (Israeli) coucous (can typically get about anywhere)
Butter or extra virgin olive oil
Chicken base (optional)
Water or chicken stock/broth
