Jason’s Lawyer knew he was guilty and the less Jason talked the better his chances were. Damien loved the attention and life in prison was worth it in his eyes to be famous. Also he has to be the luckiest SOB alive to get all this celebrity financial backing or he really is working with spiritual entities that move in his favor. Jesse is miserable with guilt and always has been. Jesse confessed based off what he saw happen, sure he changed things to try and lead the guilt away from his self. Damien is guilty AF

A few ppl saying they saw him on the side of the road? Non of the blood matches them the hair in the ligiture tests to not have any connections to the WM3 the hair is more consistent with Hobbs this case has been so botched the only thing you ppl have is Damian's mental health records a couple of lies or things he said that doesn't make him look good, but sure doesn't prove he's guilty. Is it possible that they are guilty? Sure Im not someone who watched the documentary's, and that's it I've listened to all these Gary Meece interviews hes a broken record. All he does is talk about everything negative ever said about Damian at 15-18yrs old I'll admit both these guys are pretty good at making you believe that it had to be them, but the fact is nobody can prove beyond a reasonable doubt there's nothing other than someone saying they saw them that even puts them at the scene everyone love to cherry pick things from Jesses many confessions it's just not enough so please tell us what is the evidence? Arkansas will never allow that DNA to be tested because they can't benefit from it in any way just like the guy just said if they find Damian's DNA it will be double Jeopardy they can't convict someone twice for the same crime if the evidence points to someone else that just further makes Arkansas look even more incompetent so it will never happen these guys lol 🤣 on this podcast are pretty much saying everything word for word from the last podcast lol 🤣

Nothing new to hear or see here. Law enforcement, defense attorneys, and prosecutors have better things to do than dredge this matter up, AGAIN. What's done is done. The WM3 are free, and the State of Arkansas has their conviction. Regardless of anyone's opinions on the guilt or innocence of the WM3, the real victims of this crime seem to be treated as an afterthought by most, if not all media outlets. Spitz(WM3 Forensic Expert, hired gun on the Casey Anthony On direct testimony, Spitz said that the duct tape was applied to the skull of Caylee Anthony after her body had completely decomposed-that someone picked up the bare skull and applied the duct tape and laid it back on the ground where it was found. At first, I thought I heard him incorrectly. A double-check revealed that was his testimony. Really? You’ve got to be kidding me. It’s about as believable as the Zanny lie. That ludicrous scenario made him appear to be a hired gun whose testimony was shaped to suit the person who paid him. During the cross examination though, it appeared as if there were more at work than that. Spitz displayed an alarming level of professional jealousy toward Dr. Jan Garavaglia and her successful television career. He sounded like an old man at the end of his career who resented a colleague for her achievement-referring to the work she did on this case as a “shoddy autopsy.” He grew angry when his opinion questioned as if he didn’t understand that’s what opposing counsel is supposed to do. I am so grateful that you & Gary (& William Ramsey, & Ed Opperman) are telling the TRUTH of this case. All of the Echols, Baldwin, Misskelley supporters need to read Gary Meece's books, & William Ramsey's books (& read the Callahan files & Exhibit 500) & get a damn CLUE. It drives me crazy, the IGNORANCE around this case, & the people who just buy into it because of the lies, the propaganda films & books, & because of the celebrities. I admit, I was one who initially supported the "innocence" scheme, because Henry Rollins supported them, & I've been in love with Rollins for 30 years, & I figured three "weirdo" kids had been prosecuted for being outsiders (I mean, I was a weirdo kid...but in ways FAR DIFFERENT than Echols, Baldwin, & Misskelley, as it turns out!!!) I'm glad I listened to Ed Opperman's shows with William Ramsey & Gary Meece, & did research & THINKING, & realized that Rollins made a profound mistake (in my opinion). Thank you for covering this very, very important case, & for bringing Gary's knowledge & expertise to more people. You rock! ❤️

Rollins isn't some naive doofus And he has a very specific following, the clout he has is in a certain arena, and perhaps he gets big jollies promoing Echols as he does. Jessie's confessions were examined by experts and they all agree that the Police led him to the answers they wanted. Furthermore, his constitutional rights were violated several times. Nowadays, those confessions would not be allowed, and rightly so. The WM3 were scapegoats as the Police believed them guilty from the start because they were troubled kids who were different and they were desperate to solve the crime, even if it meant fitting up these three suspects. The fact that Terry Hobbs, the stepdad of one of the murdered boys moved away from the area within days of the boys being found is a huge red flag to me. The police did not even bother to track him down and interview him when he had somewhat of a chequered past and was known to be physically abusive to his stepson.

@@ESSER68NJ I've since seen that too, that Pam and her daughter were paid to lie about Terry. The hair doesn't mean anything as it's a possible match to many people. I can't imagine Pamd pain and where her thoughts take her. I've also seen where Pam has been arrested a few times and it seems she and her daughter have dabbled in drugs and Pam has had some DUI s as has Jesse. It makes me mad that so many were willing to lend a hand to these 3 murderers but no one checked on the parents and made sure they had support and counseling available. I just wonder if Pam bought into the hype because she posed in a picture with Damien and I can't imagine taking a risk to pose in a picture with my son's killer but I guess when enough people like celebrities pressure you and make you feel guilty that they're in prison and are telling you they didn't do it something breaks inside. It's almost like taking another hit with her son's death. according to Jesse's confession Damien had Stevie. Jason cut Stevie and Christopher but Damien beat Stevie. Damien had said something about wanting to urinate in someones mouth and urine was found in their stomachs. With everything Damien says hypothetically it all does match. Also I've since seen where Damien wasn't welcome in Salem. Salem had meant something to him. It's not that its a witch craft town but to Damien it's past history meant something to him and he internalized the place. He has since embraced his satanic religion which says a lot and was going to open a magic school. He's in new Orleans. Jesse had nightmares after this and couldn't live with it. Damien blew kisses at the families and flipped them off during trial. I doubt he's ever apologized to the families for his disrespect. He's written books. These murders are cash to him and Jason asks for money too. He was suppose to write a book and was given an advancement but never did. That money should be sent to the victims family. The only one who hasn't cashed in is Jesse. I can't believe they can make money off of this. A lot of things were left out in the documentaries like Damien's psychological past. The way he talked on the stand the lies he was caught in in the stand the way he treated the boys families. How he ate up the attention like grooming his hair with a mirror on the stand. I've never seen anyone do that on trial. Jesse kept his head down the whole time. Damien had said his magic got him out of death row. Not that it isn't true but his mind power did it. His behaviour during interviews is also weired in how he interacts with them.

First, Echols and his legal team are the reason the evidence has been found and is being tested so I don't see how that makes him look bad.. second, I've watched all 8 or 9 hours of Terry Hobbs' depositions and he was lying his ass off, a lot. I'm not gonna say he did it but he definitely doesn't seem totally innocent and hasn't from day one. His stories change or don't make sense constantly and his time frame was way off from what the other parents said. He said he saw the Byers' on the service road while in Robin Hood but they were only there for a few minutes around 7 or 730 so he basically puts himself in the woods around the time of the murders.. I used to think so too especially when I learned there were 2 teenage Jason Baldwins in the area. I wondered if they got them mixed up but this one is right. I learned he knew how to cut the skin off of a snake with a knife, a knife was found near his home. Jesse said he was the one who mutilated Chris byers who was castrated. He was quiet but not innocent. All of them including Jason were bullies. I feel like out of all 3 Jason was the smartest book wise but maybe he's not even book smart but I do feel he's the most angry / bitter but hides it and it comes out in other ways. He was aware his life sucked where as Jesse just accepted it and Damien embraced his environment. Jason also defended his mom from an abusive boyfriend which shows he wasn't afraid of a grown man. There was a statement made that he shoplifted which doesn't mean much to me when you realize he was a poor kid and he shoplifted food. I know it's wrong but eating is a need. A teenager or child should get to eat. Money shouldn't be a factor. I know people who are poor can get food stamps and my own mother was on food stamps when I was a teenager and it's never enough it runs out and it only comes once a month. This country is horrible in how it treats single parent homes. You can work 40 hours a week and not make it.

Today is the first time I've considered the 3 being guilty, but I have one major mental hurdle: Why would they be pushing so hard to have the restraints tested with modern equipment if they we're guilty? Seems to me I would just take my Alfred and float away into obscurity if I had done it. It seems counterintuitive to being pushing so hard for those tests when those tests could implicate you or one of the other 2 guys. As far as beliefs go, all the kid had when he went to death row was his magick. It's all he knew. If he were Christian he probably would have latched onto that belief system to get him through. I mean they are both crazy and ridiculous to me, but to each their own. Mocking the guy's beliefs just makes these guys sound like jerks.

On April 18, 2011, Judge Laser issued an order authorizing and directing additional DNA and other scientific testing as requested by the defendants. Instead of filing those test results in the court for the evidentiary hearing in December 2011, the defense presented Alford Pleas to the State. They gave up their right to additional testing once they signed Alford Pleas. You obviously aren't aware of the timeline at all.

I’ve followed the case since ‘94. I’ve read the police transcripts, watched the documentaries, watched the interrogations and read the books. I’ve swayed several times over nearly 30 years but have finally rested on Terry Hobbs. I believe he found the boys hours after Stevie was supposed to be home and he lost his temper. I think he struck Stevie, perhaps, harder than he meant to, and caused serious damage. I believe he did not want to leave witnesses. I think he killed all three boys and tried to cover that up. He claimed he never saw the boys at all. There were several witnesses that claimed that the boys were seen in his presence at 6:30 PM. My personal opinion is a scenario where he called for Stevie to come home and Stevie disobeyed. I think he then followed the boys into the woods where they tried to hide from Terri because they didn’t want to stop playing. I believe this is where it happened. It’s just my opinion. And this is after quite a bit of personal research.

I started following it from 93 I was 22 just had a son of my own but really didn't get into it until much later I too have read all the transcripts seen the documentaries as well and I too agree with your suspicion of Terry Hobbs I used to know her name but can't remember but you are right the woman and her daughter that were on there way to church swears that she saw Terry with the boys around 6:00-6:30 ? she seemed to be pretty upset to know they didn't take her serious if Hobbs isn't responsible the only other thing I could think would be the guy at the Bojangles restaurant,? but of course the conveniently lost the blood evidence. That was a huge, and unexeptable mistake on behalf of the west Memphis police department. I mean just on that alone there should have not been a conviction on the wm3 , but that's just my opinion I absolutely think your idea is a pretty reasonable assumption, or example of what most likely happened. Yes, they legally pled guilty to committing the crime, it doesn’t mean they did it, and they should continue to try to clear their names because it is unlikely these three committed those murders. Once the whole Satanism and occultism story evaporated, and let’s be honest, everybody concedes that the injuries were postmortem and caused by wildlife, all that leaves us with is one boy who died from a severe head wound and two, who died from drowning. I remember reading an FBI profiler piece about this where the profiler stated that the person who committed this crime was most likely male, relative, or very close friend, had a violent past, had a history in military, and a history of working with animals due to the boys being tied up the way they were. The FBI profiler when I would say that this was quick, it was not premeditated, and it was a crime of passion. Even if you think that those three men committed the crime there are many other likely suspects that were not given the investigation they should have been. The west Memphis Police Department did not do their jobs in this case, they did not investigate thoroughly, they did not go into at working in the crime to fit the suspect, they wanted the suspect to fit the crime. I think those three men should continue with what they are doing, I’d like to see them exonerated completely, but more than that. I would like to see those three boys get the justice and respect they deserve.

May I attempt to offer some logic. So an Alfred plea is actually common. Its used for many plea deals. It would be used in a situation where someone is charged with 1st degree murder but they offer the guy manslaughter if he pleads guilty. Thats a typical Alfred plea. -- Ok the logic -- Does it make sense to you that a prosecuter would just release 3 guys with life sentences because the evidence is too strong. Try to think of a time thats happened. Think of the mind frame a prosecuter is in when he makes the decsion to release the 3 guys immediatly as long as they can't sue the state. Just think. I have all the evidence to convict these boys. Open and shut case. I have an idea ... lets release them immediaty. All else aside for a moment does that make sense ? What if they came out and started killling kids which you must assume is a possibility if you believe they are guilty. Why wasn't the prosecuter concerned that releasing them was too risky ? Its always a brain tickler when someone says the prosecuters evidence was so strong that the boys took the alfred deal. Did you ever think the offer to be released immediatly after losing 18 years of your life would be an enticing offer that anyone would snap up to get it over with rather then site for 2 more years dragging through court. They are still fighting.
@JacobC479

Supposedly the state felt so strongly that they could be acquitted in a new trial that they offered them a plea basically saying "we'll let you out right now but you gotta admit we aren't wrong and not sue us." They used the urgency of getting out against them since trial would take a couple years. Its really not what people make it out to be, it was the state covering their ass and money.

Exactly. If the WM3 were truly depraved child killers the state would NOT have released them. To add to your point, people need to consider Damian walked off death row. He was “the mastermind” and “ringleader” in a triple child homicide and Arkansas turned him loose from death row? IDK how that makes common sense to ANYONE. You’re absolutely right, that doesn’t happen. Three men “guilty beyond all reasonable doubt” of brutal child murder aren’t just set free. My one reason for questioning the confession is that Miss Kelly was question for 12 hours, but only documented with video for 47 minutes, that in and of itself creates some doubt. I hadn’t heard about the teeth thing with Byers but Terry Hobbs was said to have hidden his partial plate he wore and his wife found it. His wife at the time was/is convinced her did it. Byers was obviously unbalanced but I don’t think he did it. I will google about the teeth thing with him. Misskelley was taken advantage of because of his mental disability, with coercive and intimidating interrogations and it was illegal not to have a parent there with him because he was a juvenile.
