It’s one thing to burst onto the scene with some catchy tunes and music videos… it’s another thing to be so good live onstage. It’s hard to believe their writing, look and sound wasn't honed over a few albums. In a performance full of surprises, a big one is "Obvious". Fun, fearless and fully formed right out of the gate, I hope their future work isn't altered by big budgets and bigger expectations.

Oh c'mon, now we know cuz your whole face is lying. Did you know that some of us here are living the eternal life dream? We've aLways been here, and death has no power over our continuity of consciousness continuum. I was called to witness for wet Leg when their father, whom y'all know as "God" gave them each one, their weight in schmaltz, preserved and protected by another band of young brothers you may have heard of...no, not young in age, the brother's name was young, now they're old, crotchety, and probably at a wet Leg concert right now... But if I can give you a gift of gifts,, and hug of hugs, yeah talking about them crazy boys from New Hope Pennsylvania.... Gene & Dean Ween. There's simply too much to tell about their journey from extremely shameless beginnings, to the trainwreck of the last 8 years, culminating in Deaner's message to all Ween fans that he didn't' feel he could muster up enough show for the dough that people were putting down to go see them. Respect that kind of integrity and authenticity, disappointed because the boognish will not be rising from the mist no more...

Wet Leg came up "one hit wonders " liked by people who think they are trendy. They will soon disappear. I am into music . Sounds like you have issues with men . Funnily enough most of my current favourite bnads do have female singers eg Dry Cleaning, Wolf Alice, London Grammar , Marina,Agnes Obel, First Aid Kit, Bat For Lashes, The Kills, Daughter etc. You need to lose your prejudices and "make journeys"

But they don't sell out medium sized venues like Marina and Wolf Alice. do The later headlined on the pyramid stage at Glastonbury this year . Wet Legg played a side stage for lesser known acts. I may be wrong but I doubt Wet Legg are more popular in the USA than Marina eg Wet Leg Chaise Longue 7 Million + views .
