Fraser Coast's award-winning water park, WetSide, will reopen for the 2024/25 season on Wednesday September 11 ready for the school holidays and expected busy season.
There has been a wave of works carried out over winter, particularly at TotSide.
Upgrades include a new water horse feature called Seabiscuit, the existing sea creatures and clam have been refurbished, interactive water features have been reinstated, and damaged decking has been replaced.
The flooring at both TotSide and the main area has also been upgraded, the waterslides have been polished, new tables and chairs have been installed.
Entry into WetSide is free, however there is a cost for the waterslides and Aqua Ninja course.
