My I watch, doesn’t pick up my steps sometimes on the treadmill, but I had never thought about putting it on my leg. Something else we are not I watched it has is it shows me as falling when I get into the car but when I actually fall and slide across the floor and get a concussion and a broken wrist, it didn’t even show I had fallen.

I might be wrong, but I think maybe Weird Al would wear a wristwatch like that too. I remember someone from school wearing a regular wristwatch like that too. And crossing their leg to check the time

It makes a lot more sense actually. I never really understood wearing a watch on the arm to count steps. In actuality it counts how many times you move your arms. Sit down, wave your arm and watch the numbers go up lol

@@carolyndalton7775 It doesn't pick up your steps on the treadmill because you probably hold the handles. The watch only counts how many times you move your arms. It's why she has it on her leg instead.

I just bought the standing desk and the walking pad last week. Been using it this week and I absolutely love it. It makes my day so much better… I feel great already!! You inspired me to go for it… I almost spent 1k on the new setup and now waiting for an exercise ball to sit on.. I stand most of the day or walk. So worth it! ❤

People's brains work differently. I'm one of those people who would be quite happy to have this set up and switch between them as needed. That's because i tend to think my actions are for the convenience of future me (like putting the same appliance away daily so i can have the joy of a down counter top or making the house pretty before going on holiday so i come back to a peaceful haven). My husband is the exact opposite - he tends to think of how actions feel to him in the moment (i.e "why inconvenience myself NOW" , rather than "it will be so nice once I switch") - so he'd hate this set up.
