Actually there a creature like that. In Norwegian, directly translated, it's called "Sea Sausage (sjøpølse) They get quite big, but nowhere near the size shown here, not even "man sized". An immediate update. Googling a bit around, I found "Sea Cucumber" covering a group of creatures with various physical appearance, but still similar to the one depicted. So, although vastly exaggerated, the creature does exist

Not necessarily, it would depend on what feeding strategy it had evolved to use. A killer whale for example predates large fish and has evolved to be fast, because the fish it hunts are fast. Plankton feeding whales have evolved to be slow because they only really need to swim fast enough to catch slow moving plankton, like krill. If this hypothetical animal had evolved to predate whales, which is what the video depicts, then it would have evolved to be at least as quick as a whale, or quick enough to ambush it.

With its size and the intensity of the water pressure the thing would definitely be atleast 15x slower. The videos not even scary its just goofy.
