This was from a time when we were young, healthy and full of life and thought we'd live forever. Little do any of us know how our lives will play out or where we will in be when the end comes. Cherish your lives people, for it will go by so quickly, and by the time you realize your youth has left you, you won't know where the all time has gone and it will seem like just yesterday you were on top of the world. George Michael seems as if he was so nice - he's really honest in this interview and doesn't put on any of that 'Look at me, I'm a big star' stuff that so many do. Especially as he's so young for all the fame. It doesn't seem to have gone to his head at all. He also seems very sensible. I realky love and admire the way that he could laugh at himself like when he was in the Extras Christmas special. It was so very, very sad that he died so young. He was so incredibly talented, such a fantastic voice. He's very much missed.

Dave Mullins That's hilarious because it's true! We'd have to look at the historical record to see who copped it from whom but I think that Diana stole it from George. I seem to remember her hair being a bit more conservative in the first half of the 80's but I could be wrong. I have this weird thing where I attribute everything that happened in the 80's as occurring in 82 (those are things that I associate with the "early 80's), 84 (mid 80's) or 88 (late 80's). Obviously this isn't the case as there were plenty of other years in the 80's. But all of that aside, I associate this hair on George with 84 (mid) and Diana's hair as 88 (late). Isn't memory weird?

how come entertainers in recent years aren't like that anymore?? they are so transparent and real, their authenticity touches me on a totally different level. It's not their look that fascinates me, it's their essence and realness - and not to forget their god-given talent of course...

Young people today believe authenticity is cringe. So entertainers act plastic.

Now that I don’t remember anymore how awful it was to be young, I miss 80’s soo much. The world was all open and we all thought we’d live forever. And they were both gorgeous.
