I'm personally broke af and while I wouldn't be able to do this currently in my life, I can recognize that that's not a bad price at all for such an experience. The most expensive dinner I've ever had was at a brazilian steakhouse, it was 60 or 70 USD a person. and other than the meat, you serve yourself all of the rest of the food at a buffet. So, this being plated and served, especially all uniquely curated and elevated dishes, I could definitely see myself wanting to splurge for such an occasion if I was in the comfortable end of middle class. Comparable to someone taking a weekend trip somewhere or a nice shopping spree (or rather, a small shopping spree on a couple lower end designer goods perhaps). And yeah, it's such a strange thing to imagine that for some, an experience like this might just be an average Tuesday to them.
