It is much like endurance not related to strenght that much. People are already tend to lift their body weight, but lifting over and over again is about endurance.

The amount of force that he is putting on the small tendons and phalangeal bones of his fingers is insane. Climbers often suffer avulsion fractures which is when their tendons rip the piece of superficial anchoring bone right out of the body of their finger bones. 🤯
