Watching Rufus “ sneak up” behind you is always funny to watch. I always sorta expect him to snatch your hat and fling it into a pile of fresh poo or a water trough and then him and Steve braying in laughter at their “joke”. Can’t help but wonder if that silly donkey-poodle has plotted getting even with you for every time you haltered him even if it was for his own good. His side eye at you is instantaneous laughter from me. To funny .

I’ve had a lot that has went on in the last 4 years. Nov 11, 2017 my dad passed away. In March 2018 I found out that I had breast cancer. I went through that for 2 1/2 years. I then found out in July 2020 that my husband had lung cancer. Then December 23, 2020 my husband passed away. God has been with me each day through all of this. I couldn’t make it without him. Lyrics and music can pull on your heartstrings and cry at the drop of a hat. I sing a song that I consider a love song for my husband who has passed. 4 out of 5 times I can get through it but that one time, tears roll down my cheeks and there are friends and people in the audience that cry with me. Never hold those emotions in, God puts them in our hearts to share.

Daniel, this is by far the best video you have posted. Makes me think about my Dad and the love I have for my son that battled cancer... I had to stop and get myself together a few times. Yes tears flowed mostly for my son.. This story about Grainger is incredible. My heart goes out to the family... Terrible. Almost lost mine over cancer surgeries and chemo. You guys are some of the most genuine hearts that I have ever seen. True to yourselves, one another, your kids…the world. I know that none of us are perfect by any stretch, so I’m not delusional. But it is a relief to not have to question- a major part of my work/life. In the “real world”, in “real life”, you make it easy to have faith that there is good in the world. I found Granger, Amber and “The Smiths” through you guys. I thank you. Those tears were pure joy. Quite literally, a blessing of a lifetime. God bless Houston (and all of the kids) and keep him/them safe.

I flew to New York in Dec after 9/11, My daughter had a chance to meet her favorite singer so I rode the only plane ride I will ever ride 😊 for her. Don't care for heights at all.
