Getting a little hyped is something I didn't use to worry about when I was training early morning (just get it done bro i don't need motivation!!). But then I realized how much my performance suffered from still feeling sleepy around that time. Not only that, everytime I'd get home and see other people doing cool shit online, I'd get hyped up, but for what? My training was already done! So I switched that up and now I'm allowing myself to be stimulated mentally and physically before I go train early afternoon. And I get so much more out of it!

Most cerebral comment I’ve gotten on this channel so far. The evening is definitely the natural hype. Yeah! I really get inspired throughout the day. In the morning I just forget why I’m training haha. I heard this one pro dunker doesn’t train until he’s been up for 6 hours. Some people like to use exercise to energize themselves for the rest of the day though, different rhythms. Thanks!
