@@_FinologyLegal Imagine entering a race where most of the lanes are already occupied, leaving you with just a fraction of the track to run on. That's what the 80:20 rule feels like in the NORCET exam for male candidates. Picture this: out of every 100 seats available, a staggering 80 are reserved exclusively for female candidates, while only 20 are left for male candidates to compete for. It's like trying to find space in a crowded room where most chairs are already taken. This unequal distribution not only makes the competition incredibly fierce for male candidates but also limits their chances of success. It's like playing a game where the odds are stacked against you from the start. The impact? Talented and deserving male candidates might miss out on opportunities simply because of this gender-based quota system. It's a situation where merit takes a back seat, and the focus shifts to meeting quotas rather than recognizing individual abilities. This rule has sparked discussions about fairness and equal opportunities. Shouldn't everyone, regardless of gender, have a fair chance to showcase their skills and qualifications? It's a question that calls for a reevaluation of how we approach recruitment processes to ensure that talent and merit triumph over arbitrary quotas.

Didi mein is Vishaye se hatkar, aapko ek sawaal karna chahta hu. Ek parivar mein teen, 3 jan sadasya hai. Jinme ek pita hai, ek maata hai aur ek Putra hai. Ab iss parivar ke 3 sadasyo mein se sirf 2 jano ke paas apna Aadhaar Card hai. Yeh do sadasya hai ladke ke mata aur pita. Ab yeh jo ladka hai unka santan uske paas Aadhaar Card Nahi Hai NRC Biometric Issues ke Kaaran. Log uss ladke ko Bangladeshi kehkar buri buri baatein karte hai. Yeh kaisa Insaaf Hai Didi. Uss ladke Ke Maata aur Pita Ka Janam Uss Ladke Se Pehle Hua, Ladke Ka Janam Obviously Baad Mein Hua aur NRC Biometric Issues ke Kaaran Uska Aadhaar Na Banne Ke Kaaran Voh Bangladeshi Ban Gaya. I Just Want to Know kii yeh kis tarah ka Logic Hai Supreme Court Ka Ki Jo Dono Vyakti Pehle Se Iss State Mein Rehe Rahe Hai, Unki Shaadi Ho Jane Ke Bawajud Bhi Veh Bharatiya Nagarik Hai Lekin Shaadi Ke Baad Voh Jis Santan Ko Janam Dete Hai Jo Kabhii Iss State Ke Baahar Kabhi Nahi Gaya, Aadhaar Card Na Hone Ke Kaaran Voh Bangladeshi Ban Jata Hai. Haa Lekin Iss Bangladeshi Ke Paas Voter ID hai jisse sirf vote hii dia jakta hai voh upalabdhh hai is Bangladeshi Ka Vote Zaroori Hai Sarkar Banane Ke Liye. Yeh Supreme Court Ka Ek Conspiracy Hai Yah Nahi Mujhe Kripya Bataiye Didi 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@@_FinologyLegal didi Respected advocate Priya jain, Subject: Unfair Play: The 80:20 Rule in Nursing Officer Recruitment I hope this message finds you in great spirits. I am Mohit Gurjar, and I am reaching out to you regarding a critical issue that needs immediate attention. As an aspirant for the NORCET (Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test), I am confronted with a glaring injustice - the 80:20 reservation rule imposed by AIIMS for nursing officer recruitment. Picture this: After dedicated efforts, I secured an All India Rank of 2700, only to realize that out of 2000 vacancies, a mere 100 seats are allocated to UR (General) male candidates. This disproportionate allocation, with 80% of seats favoring female candidates, is a direct blow to the principles of fairness and equality enshrined in our Constitution. In recent NORCET exams, where about 7000 vacancies were available, male candidates were left with a fraction of seats. Even with a commendable All India Rank of 1500 in NORCET 4, I found myself without a seat. The 80:20 rule not only undermines merit but also perpetuates discrimination. Supreme Court rulings, such as Indra Sawhney v. Union of India (1992), advocate for reasonable reservation policies, emphasizing that no group should be favored to the extent of unfairness. The current 80:20 split clearly crosses this line. I have petitioned the Prime Minister and President of India, but addressing this issue comprehensively demands wider visibility and advocacy. This is where your influential platform comes into play. Priya didi your voice has the power to spark change and bring attention to this injustice. I urge you to consider creating a video to shed light on this matter. By advocating for fairness and equal opportunity in the recruitment process for nursing officers, we can ensure that merit triumphs over arbitrary quotas. Thank you immensely for your time and consideration. Together, we can champion a system that upholds the values of fairness and equality. Looking forward to your support and a positive response. Warm regards,

Will you pls make a video or series on Backdated colonial Labour laws & work culture reforms which is long pending! And how it is reformed timeline in western countries! Beacuse This phenomenon only happens in India that the people who are unemployed are unhappy but the people who are employed are more unhappy because of this backdated colonial labour laws & culture existing till now! Discussion factors like specific working hours, Hourly payment rate like western countries, updating old leave policies, easy access to employees/labour helpline numbers/portals/deforming the weekly working hours 40-44 per week instead of the backdated 48 hours/ mental and emotional wellbeing of population because the nation is nothing but a group of 30-35 crore families.
