Whatever Karun"s future holds, I hope the commentary box remains part of it. I'd hate to see a good man held down, but to me, he's almost Irreplaceable. For a long time I thought it was just an incredible race IQ, but there are plenty of drivers out there with that knowledge. His analysis comes quick, and well-worded. A lot of times pointing out the least obvious, that turns out to be the most important. He's made me a better fan of the sport.

@2:00 Will we see some drivers left foot braking slightly under full throttle to keep the tires and brakes warm?
@guyskeer5411

Engineers might set Toe-in/out a tad more to help keep tires warm. Braking will maybe rely more on the Regenerative aspect of Hybrid Drive system - change the ramp down to allow the brakes to come up to temp faster? F1 is such a Mind Tickle for Engineery/Geekoid minds! I wonder if teams have implemented or considered some sort of Aero Help in Brake ducting (More closed at high Speed, More open at slower speed - do rules prohibit same?)

@@jimwest7107 I literally just saw a vid pop up where workers are installing some form of coloured glass to prevent those walking past grab a view or from watching from afar. Thats absolute madness🤬. Here in the UK, we have stadiums quite close to sporting grounds and one of the best things is seeing folks watching games from their balconies and having parties on game days - one such example is cricket. There's a few stadiums that are quite close to the ground and on game days we can see folks having great fun watching and as far as I know neithet the organisers nor the fans who pay to get in and watch, care. It all adds to the spectacle....but this is a new low.I dont know if its the same at other city tracks, eg Singapore, Baku etc but as far as I know, in Monaco they dont shield the track from outsiders to watch. I wonder how much of this is down to Liberty Media and the whole 'pay per view' shennanigans that kicked of with Sky TV all those decades ago. In short, wanna see it? Throughout the practice sessions I might do what I have been promising myself i'd do for some time. I might watch them back, with a stop watch and time every crowd, celebrity, stationary car, car in pit garage, team principal and sky presenter shots that we see from both sky and FOM instead of on track action. Between the two parties I absolutely struggle with what they think or feel fans want to see. Some weekends this year have been the worst ever which ends up leaving you feeling disconnected from the session.
