some of you might already know, but my hip was dislocated. Now I'm not allowed to exercise and walk until the 21st of December. With other words I am injured. This sucks, like injuries suck and I hate them. I know that a lot of other athletes are also struggling with injuries and how to spend time while recovering. Today I got you with this video!
