If this is the evidence of design, I guess their designer dumped Ammonites and millions of other species like toys it got bored with. Designing implies plan or purpose according to the definition, so it doesn't fit natural selection.

Their both part of the Mollusk family that consists shelled like creatures such as Gastropods (snails and slugs), cephalopods ( squids and octopuses however belongs to the coleoid as to branch off from their shelled nautiloid ancestors) and Bivalves (oysters and clams)

It could definitely be a deep sea creature, and considering how small they are, they could be hard to find as well.

@@BriLoveMusicto be fair most scientist don't treat evolution like a series of accidents and happy mistakes. To most it's actually seen as a beautiful and natural art of nature and the universe making small changes that ultimately lead to a beautiful change in the rhythm. This is why I like science, not because it's an alternative to faith, but because it supplements it. Who's to say that the universe isn't a living breathing god that we are a part of. Why say earth is only 6,000 years old, when it is more beautiful to see the signs of it's true age. This is why I don't agree with creationist, it's because they take a look at science and try to distance themselves from it, they don't see the beauty that I do. If anything, science is a beautiful masterpiece that God created to make the world more special!
