Rick joining Yes was that beautiful thing : “ a marriage made in heaven.”

Well, PsychProg was very, very kind to identify what we are musically listening to in this video of Rick Wakeman. It would seem to be Yes as it sounds VERY much like them both the singing and the instrumentation. And yet, it is not Yes. It is a not-too familiar Israeli progressive rock group (from Tel Aviv) called Atmosphera that, given its sound and abilities should have gotten them perhaps quite a bit more attention, but as lasting only from 1975 to 1978. Researching this, the band members are Efrayim Barak on vocals, Moti Fonseka on guitar, Alon Nadel on bass, Yuval Rivlin on keyboards, and Ami Lipner (later re-named himself to Mi El-Ma) on drums. All showing and using the musical influences of their direct Yes counterparts, respectively Anderson, Howe, Squire, Wakeman and Brufird.. Our song, which runs longer than here (just over 16 minutes) is the title track of their album The Lady of Shalott (1977--named for a lady in Arthurian lore). There is a separate Atmosphera video available with the full song on KZitem (I'd link--but am worried my post will be deleted as spam). Amazon shows a copy of the vinyl album even if not available. My guess, trying to find and purchase this music will be a definite challenge and maybe an expense. But thank you again, PsychProg for the identification. Very mind blowing if very helpful.

Very nice music. Definitely Yes, but I can't quite place it, esp. as the drumming sounds more like Bill Bruford than Alan White--so it's not Topographic Oceans as far as I can recollect. What are we hearing? Thanks for posting!

@@NimrodelMirage Yeah, it is really nice. Esp. those atmospheric ambient cosmic guitar sounds at that waft through the piece (I esp. like beginning part of the work on that).
