I do yoga for many reasons but one is to release trapped emotions. I just recently have been able to allow my body to let go when it needs too. Something I could not do before. Yoga has taught me that.
Today I allowed my body to move me however it needed. Today for me it was a much needed release. A release of love and grief. 💙
