In 2020, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine initiated the creation of a network of Digital Education Hubs across the country. Conceived as public spaces with computer equipment and the Internet, they provide an opportunity for everyone to come and learn digital skills. Most of the hubs were set up in libraries.
Over the past three years, the UNDP in Ukraine, funded by Sweden, together with the Ukrainian Library Association, has been supporting the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in building a network of hubs, and training their coordinators and users.
