Hi friends, I have another budget pencil review for you today! It's the inexpensive Phoenixcolor soft oil-based colored pencils. These were sent to me for review from Andstal Stationary shop on Aliexpres: www.aliexpress.com/item/10050...
I tested these out with water and they do move a bit, not a lot but similar to the movement you would get from any oil-based pencil.
Pros:
Price (72 colors for $26.87 at the time of writing)
Nice color selection
Good color payout
Sharpens well
Good pencil build quality
Stadium seating packaging that lets you see all pencils at once with a small footprint.
Includes a sharpener
Cons:
Only available on Aliexpress and no open stock availability that I know of.
