Double thumbs up Gianni! The first to have overcome your covid by defying it valiantly by making this video and keeping a smile from the beginning to the end of it. The second by choosing the subject of Abraham Abulafia, which was not an obvious challenge and by repositioning it in the current context and at the same time explaining it simply using the method of Baal Hasulam. It was a success. Thank you & Cheer!

lovely hour spent unfolding history of Kabbalah all the way up to the present implementation we each must learn to make toward the next level of our development - loving each other like the Creator! Congrats and good health,

Dear Gianni. Teaching through CoVid, you are a wonder. How I traveled here to your video of Abulafia is a oneder. Thank you for presenting sensitively and intently sumthing so high and sublime, requiring "he who comes to purify, is aided." Love's Providence brings all to the point of it all. Love has no limits. L'Chaim! PS. What a beautiful joy to see Asaf promote the event. oxoxox

Seperation from Self, is closeness to GOD. The same analogy can be applied to Fasting in the Physical sense. When one fast, in the struggle to overcome ones self needs, it builds and fills ones Spiritual voids... The practice of fasting is one of the Greatest methods of attaining Spiritual growth and attainment. After the first day of only drinking water, ones weakness begins to return and your body begins to detoxify itself of any Physical detriments. , in the same instance... Ones mind becomes clearer when coupled with the meditative process... It in essence, cleanses us from ALL internal and external blockages. The flow of energy and clarity becomes almost ecstatic. Shalom/GOD Bless Try it, everyone should at least attempt it for themselves once and draw there own conclusion. Its takes discipline and practice but very doable.

Hi and thanks for the comment. An important clarification about fasting from the greatest Kabbalist Baal HaSulam: ''A person should not correct anything about his externality but only his internality - his “I,” his egoism. 𝗜𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. On the contrary, egoism loves such actions because it can be proud of them. Correction lies in feeling one’s insignificance relative one’s friends - those with whom one studies Kabbalah, but under no circumstances relative others.'' - 𝗕𝗮𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗦𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗺, “𝗣𝗿𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺 - 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀,” 𝗽.𝟳𝟱

Thank-You for the reply, I now have a clearer perspective when it comes to taking Pride after performing correction. I however might add some clarification, provided one maintains an external gratitude towards The Upper Force (GOD) during such practice that it is this Thanks and Gratitude that actually sustains ones temptations and when the Fasting is Complete, even greater Gratitude and thankfulness is expressed outward for its accomplishment. I understand fully what the Kabalist is getting at however when he states about taking the credit(ego) for it. NO doubt about that possibility for certain... Tnks again

Thank you again! I missed Q&A. I am a KabU student. To be in bestowal and love, to become similar to the Creator in part means that I should listen and accept all of my group of friend’s corporeal stories, what goes on in their outside Kabbalah environment and so on? Or should we be reading text, sharing sources from bnei baruch scrutinize the readings, homework, uplifting and seeing my friends with no flaws…? Or both?

regarding the text addressed at approx 50:54: If one can unify their heart, which means perceiving what is outside to be actually inside, the opposite of shattering, then how can the next step of “purify your body” even occur? Wouldn’t one’s sense of self dissolve, like there would be no more me? If one can sense a leaf like a limb of his own body then where am “i”? i hope this question makes sense…
