Wow Dee you admitted to something and that takes a lot of deep diving to do. Most wouldn't own up to that.

Yeah, but maybe it will be the only way to fix this problem. A lot of people that have grown up with social media don't seem to know what is considered normal behaviour when you're in public. Shame is not always a bad thing.

This might be controversial but certain situations dont require bullying people off the internet. Some situations require a second perspective so people can understand why their perspective isnt entirely accurate. Bullying people to no end over a mistake doesnt make you a good person. Its you taking advantage of someone who did something wrong to then give yourself permission to be a dick as well. Joe shows them why they may have been wrong and for legions to then harrass that person isnt a good cycle to continue. I do agree some of these monsters deserve hate but some of these people who felt like they needed to leave the internet even tho their situation could easliy be a learning experience is wild. Some of these are just opportunists taking their chance to bully people

i remember that post, Dee. it is a flex and i didn't even notice the guy in the back - but since you were comparing his weights to yours, it was shady 😂 big of you to own up to your mistakes ❤ you would think that would be common without need for people harassing someone to take accountability first. but nah 💀

I'm guilty of filming people at the gym but it's never to roast, it's mainly to show my friends either a gym crush, some ones outfit I like, etc. Is it weird yes, do I delete after I show my friends yes because it's weird to keep pictures of strangers in my phone like that. Another thing is that your at the gym around dangerous equipment of course people are going to watch you to make sure your safe and know what your doing, also someone said this and it went " you complain about being looked at by a stranger yet post videos doing workouts in tight clothes to share with thousands of strangers online" If you don't wanna be looked at then workout at home, as long as people aren't begin real creeps like standing right behind you and just staring at your butt with out saying and word and just begin out of place then I say just mind your business and do your workout and head home safe. Lets stop these false narratives on real peoples lives.

@isaiahbranch1179

@sammyjones8882 regular deadlifts are done using a straighbar, the same bar you would do bench press or do squats with. Dee uses the trap bar, which is a octagon shaped bar that you stand inside and pull on both handles to lift it up and then you sit it back down...Both are great tools and I recommend using both to strengthen and sculp your back to improve your physique

@shegoego2396

@@cole5669those are cardio/ body weight based workouts which is good for fat loss but you will lose muscle as well which is not good so you’ll have to lift weights. This is why athletes like basketball players lift weights even if they are still technically working out by playing ball. So the gym is the best bet for that.
