Back around 2005 2006 I worked as an engineer for a tool and die shop. The owner had me design and machine parts he would put on his bike and sold them on the side. The owner sent me to a local Old School Harley shop. The shop had two OCC bikes a custom bike for a dietary supplement company and a production bike. From afar the bikes looked perfect but were far from perfect, booger welds, oil leaks and electrical gremlins to the point the bikes would not run. I am glad OCC is gone they were a danger on the road

What people fail to realize is the chopper movement in the mid to late 90's took almost everyone in its grips, YOU, YES YOU and I all had a WCC or OCC hat, shirt, IDC. you had something of theirs cuz they were cool and built awesome bikes. You've been up close and personal with 2 of the THOUSANDS of bikes Senoir, junior and OCC built. Being negative is contagious, opinions are awesome, everyone's got one, but all these negative and nasty comments about someone who survived in a very tough market for over 40 years in total, is comical at times, but FRUSTRATING. He's Not such a chump to me, he built incredible bikes, impactful shows and knowledge parted on us. BUT!!!!!!!!Lots of armchair warriors telling successful or once susscful people they were stupid for succeeding and their products suck. 🙄 negativity is a disease, needs to be eradicated

I toured the store around 2005 or so while the show was still on. Bought a T-shirt. The store was full of their basic chopper models fitted with 100 cui crate engines. I don't recall the maker. They were no-frills bikes, no speed-oh, or tach. Not a bike I would ride for more than a few miles. Now OCC resides in Pinellas Park, FL, not far from my house, but I haven't been over there yet.

LOL you’re giving these guys way too much credit, bro. Yes, they had a well known television show, but as you mentioned, their bikes are theme bikes, and that’s it. Unfortunately, there aren’t any more television shows that the feature Motorcycle building, but there are many bike builders, and customizes, who have KZitem channels. OCC also ran a very poor business and built low and bikes when they try to create a line that was supposed to be affordable.

sorry but its not an iconic building for the majority of the motorcycle community. maybe it was for harley and indian riders idk but the rest of the community, which is very large, didnt really care about their bikes. i know they did some great charity work and that was more important. most motorcyclists wouldnt own one of their bikes cause they are poorly made hence why they dont make them anymore and you never see them.
