It's the Kenya Navy that is responsible for firing the cannons. Never the army or air force. It's a long standing tradition borrowed from british military.

Do one on the revival of Kenya meat commission where they are able to do 1000 animals a day. Thats a huge number. And their new value add products like Mutura etc. And their future plans. Are they self-sustainable unlike the other paras that receive govt support?
