Then toss in some mutagen or rads or something and bing bang boom, yah got yourself a Mutant Werewolf Zombie Vampire Mummy. The ones that are slaves to the moon, and are forced into those half-wolf forms are...well, to put it bluntly, mistakes. That's why there would never be a half wolf/half zombie hybrid, unless the wolf in question was a mutt, and then that would be almost impossible, as the Lycanthrope blood in their veins would kill off the zombie virus.

This study was actually pretty ethical, at least for the subjects who had only recently been infected with LPV. As far as I can tell, he obtained their informed consent! That's pretty good for a horror series. The mid- and late-stage victims, however... one could argue that due to the progression of their LPV symptoms at that point, they were not able to understand the terms of the experiment and thus fully consent to it. In addition, I can't exactly recall but I'm not sure if later stage LPV victims are able to speak... still, I suppose there's a reasonable chance they may still have understood speech and been able to communicate through gestures. Keep up the good work, Thought Potato!

Eh, somehow getting a subject who conveniently got bit by an infected wolf within 2 hours seems fishy as hell to me. How did you know the wolf was a carrier ? How did you know the person was there quick enough to get them into the lab ? At least the late stage infected are already doomed, so whatever.
@Echo_the_half_glitch

I feel that it's a little grey, ethically. Those with late stage LPV have become little more than animals, putting them out of their misery is the best course of action. Of course, the experimentation is somewhat unethical, but if it can help us understand more about these viruses then it's understandable.

I have a theory on this series. Most of these are the work of Dr Alaric, the man who created the Frankenstein monster. I think he got infected during this study (you can hear him coughing throughout) and wanted to see if it was possible to resurrect himself without the side effects of vampiricism or zombification. The result of the Frankenstein episode made him realise he had gone too far and, since he was already dying, he locked the monster up to protect it from him rather than the other way around. He probably assumed (and told the monster) that his colleagues would come soon to rescue it. Unfortunately, they came too late. When Alaric realised this, he left, just a few days before his colleagues arrived, so they didn’t get infected.

This study is not complete. Once we lycanthropes have fully phased into our animalistic forms, our stomach acids get so agressive that we easely diggest infected flesh. We will however go into a temporary high within 1 hour and get crazy feelings of extacy and hallucinations, without falling into the typical coma. My boys and I often participated in „Zomb-shrooming“ when we first transformed a few years ago. Unfortunately if a lycanthrope eats infected flesh often enough our bodies develop an immunity to the virus so even direct bites into our veins are quickly healed up with the virus destroyed. After seeing the redacted card, it made me think that each of these infections could be their own SCP and this guy is one of their researchers, maybe the head of the department of infectious diseases. Or the head of investigation of human transformations.

Please do a video on Tokyo Ghoul Biology including those of RC cells found in Humans and Ghouls and how ghouls are able to manifest their RC cells into weapons called Kagune . It will be good to include an Anime video from Biology perspective . also I wanted to understand how Ghouls can use their kagune despite them being bulky ,and center of gravity role in it . and how kagunes are different for different ghouls ? plz.

[A note found tucked beside the presentation.] It was at this point that I began to truly worry for him. He seemed to always have the stronger stomach than I, but to go this far took a different kind of mindset, one that sets the stage for darker thoughts. I tried to tell him that it's specifically because they were kept small and starved that these viruses co-mingling wasn't a worry, that he had no need to see the effects. I wish he had listened. -K

This very idea could have changed the underworld trilogy. Alexander Corvinus’ blood creates zombies when the host is not compatible. Humans chasing immortality weaponize the Corvinus strand raising an army that becomes zombies when killed. Selina and Micheal search for Alexander, who is trapped in an bunker, lycans and vampyres are forced to work together to safe their creator.

The Vulkodlaks of Larry Correia's book "Monster Hunter Alpha" (3rd in his Monster Hunter series) are a good representation in my opinion; when a human is turned into a zombie werewolf, it is a fast, strong, tough-as-nails zombie with claws and fangs. When a werewolf is, however, it just won't die; limbs fall off, silver bullets won't do any more than bullets to a zombie, even headshots seem inneffective. It takes extreme amounts of damage to finally put it down, from an exploded oxygen tank to a landmine clearer, only thorough destruction will do.

Thought potato, you should conduct research on either of these pathogens when interacting with a pregnant primate. I wonder at the scientific complexities of each, and how the fetus would be affected or how quickly it would be compromised, depending on the pathogen. Would the fetus undergo the same transformations in embryo? Would it be discarded early? We need these questions and more answered!!!!!1 While ethically morose, it would be a shame if one of these "found circumstances" of a pregnant primate was not observed. My top question would be how they interact with the stem cells, followed by how the fetus is affected.
