Would you make a series of videos on how we gain muscle, lose weight, and gain weight. 1 video on each. This will help your viewers fully understand how to achieve their desired body goals. You know what I mean? I have an ostomy and know my nutrition demands are different from my wife, who is a bit chubby. It would be nice to watch a video explaining scientifically how we can adjust our own diet and exercise. It would be a great content generator.

You people really need to choose your titles better. Most of the time the short doesn't answer the question in its title. That doesn't make people want to watch a longer video, it just pisses them off.

Hey I have a question that I don't know if you are able to answer or not but it is about tics. Like where in the brain controls that and what exactly happens with tics? I've been experiencing some recently and wanted to know more and why not ask someone who works with the human body like this. It's fine if you can't answer
@terranovarubacha5473
11 ай бұрын
There isn't a specialized part of the brain that makes tics. There are parts that try to keep your movements smooth and tics happen when these parts malfunction

Without watching the full video on this my guess would be that they send information to the brain when the muscle contracts and relaxes and when a muscle is also being strained.
