My shockz lasted me one 12 week marathon prep in the southeast humidity. They do replace them within warranty though, if you have them registered.

I think Shokz would be better, it has better stability, won't fall off during running, and it is healthier and safer, all of which are the advantages of open ear headphones. I'm using the Wissonly Hi Runner Bone conduction headphone. It works very well. It's cheaper than Shokz. I recommend you to know about it

I noticed that sometimes when i go for a jogg with headphones the next day my ears are in some pain and bleed a bit as well.

My AirPods Pro lasted me 2 years but the batteries on the earbuds themselves have given up the ghost. Happy that it lasted. I got the Airpods Max. Working out with them was awesome.

Its overpriced tho, and it slides off while running. But its not a good option for work either, since there are better quality headphones in its class for cheaper. So can you helo me understand, and tell me why did you still chose the airpods max? (I want to get why so many people are still buying it)

I run and workout with my AirPod max for 5 months now . I clean them a lot and wipe the sweat off and they are still strong . But for the summer I def will buy my pros again

I know my dad doesn’t like me to wear them because he says it can restrict blood flow, but I still wear them lol. He’s also picky about wireless earbuds and stuff like that.

Can’t speak for him but yes safety, and also can mess up your tempo, they do have playlists at certain bpm though. I run in Miami at night and it’s not the safest in certain areas so you should be aware of your surroundings.

I don't know bout other , but when i used ear-in buds, i don't like it when music distorted against the steps in my ears. IFYKYK so i wonder what it feels when you jogging using open ear. Will it be same with ear in?

If youre stilm trying to get your times faster try intervals. This could be mile repeats, you could do fast k's or other varieties of under a mile reps, and finally you can do fartlek runs where you have intervals fast for a chosen amount of time and then you do a jogging rest for another interval of time.
