This is my breakfast that I eat every day when I'm getting shredded (it's also a great meal if you're trying to build muscle because total daily calories matter). It has a sweet and a savoury part so I basically never get tired of eating this meal - it also gives me enough energy for at least a couple of hours. I also do some cardio in the morning to burn some extra calories and improve my cardiovascular system / conditioning - finished with 10 minutes of stretching / mobility work
