I live in a tiny studio apartment with the smallest kitchen area I’ve seen. I have no oven as well. Eating healthy can be difficult. I’m so glad to see simple and easy healthy meals that do not require the need for a lot of cooking all of these meals except the popsicles since I don’t have a freezer (lol) are accessible to me! Subscribed!!

Depends on the workout you do and how you eat it, sometimes more protein makes you bulk in both muscle and maybe fat but other times it can actually help you lose weight and tone up. And no working out + extra protein yea u might gain just a few pounds 😂 as long as you’re in a calorie deficit you will lose and it will tone you up real good, but if your goal is to gain weight than protein also helps a lot, again, depending on the workouts you do. But if you wanna gain and not bulk or add on too much muscle you should avoid certain workouts ( look it up ) this does not mean avoid lifting btw lifting can both help you bulk and slim. All and all it depends on your body and lifestyle & In conclusion protein is great lol 😂😂

@@shawnad3442 you clearly don't know what you're talking about, which is no surprise for the average woman when it comes to weightlifting and muscle building. Without steroids women can't get too bulky, unless they have great genes for it like me and dedicate their life to it.😂

These all look AMAZING! To anyone who makes the burrito bowls, I personally highly recommend grilling the corn on the stove for a couple minutes until they're slightly charred. Makes an enormous difference!
