Bone broth (dr kellyann)
Boiled eggs
Fruit
Quick oats from Better Oats
Lunch-
Turkey
Ham
Spreadable Gouda
Mayo, honey mustard
Lettuce, red onions, cucumber(salt and pepper)
Atoria mini lavish bread
Dinner-
Diced potato’s (salt, pepper, garlic powder, taco seasoning, onion powder)
Bake at 400 for 30mins (toss half way)
Ground beef (same seasoning as potato’s)
Avocado, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno, lemon and lime
Pico
Funnel cake- (this amount makes 3)
1c flour
1tbs sugar
1/2tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
1/2c whole milk (or more, if too thick)
1 egg
1/4tsp vanilla
Vegetable oil for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting
