Girl… I just gotta say… starting eating like this (about 80% animal based), inspired by this series, and I’m OBSESSED. Totally get what you’re saying about how it makes you feel digestion and energy wise. Also, I feel so tight all the time and not bloated or holding onto water. LOVE IT! And idk if it has anything to do with the diet, but my metabolism is def on fire. Eating about 2600 cals a day maintaining but feeling leaner/tighter than ever. Girlies out there, this is your sign to bump your calories and fuel yourself. Keep it up Kayla! You’re an inspiration ❤

I don’t know what part of Texas, but there is a farmers market in sun city, Georgetown, TX. It’s outside of Austin. There was a vendor there that you could get raw milk from if you go to the ranch. There was also a honey dealer that had pesticide free honey. This was a few years ago.

This is exactly how I eat. Best way to eat - I have the energy to lift heavy 3x a week and run 8 mile 3x a week at 31 years old. People ask if I ever get bored but there is so much variety in this diet and food is more satisfying now.

Did a 30 days full strict carnivore experiment. Was astonished tbh : lost 7lbs mainly in the waist area (-2.5 inches), inflammation in my left knee gone, bleeding gums gone, sugar cravings gone, better skin and hairs, more constant energy through the day, etc. Added back some veggies, fruits and spices but in moderation.

@@kaylofit Thanks, just wanted to share my experiment for others. I know of the carnivore diet for years but never tried it since it's going against most of the health advises nowadays (longevity diet & co aren't pushing it), but decided to give it a try. And it's working (at least short term).
