As a frenchie, a piece of bread with butter and a piece of chocolate on top was also a go to snack growing up, and all of my non french friends would think i was a psychopath for doing that 😂

Yumm … I eat a very similar diet but with a little more animal products. Right now I am obsessed with bolognese pasta. I buy organic 100% grass fed ground beef and cook it and mix with a very yummy organic, no sugar added arrabbiata marinara and serve over organic whole wheat linguine and some real Parmesan cheese = heaven on earth 😅 I add more veggies to my tofu stir fries but I skip the rice and I make my own Sourdough Bread 😍 I will try melted chocolate on my sourdough 😋. Loved to see you smile so much in this video Chloe 🥰. I will definitely make the Zucchini Pasta! 😍

Hello ❤ Pause on the vid to comment I also grew up eating bread with chocolate, but as a spread. I didn't like pasta sfloglia/ puff pastry until I lived in Italy and now i only eat it sometimes and from quality slow bakeries. Bread and chocolate bar is in fact healthy, carbs and healthy fats and minerals 🫶🏼 I like it Love you

Loved your what I eat in a day videos and even more so now that it isn't vegan! I suffered lots of deficiencies, nerves disorder and hair loss on a vegan, water fasting regimen. Btw, miss your short bob hairdo! xx

Ah that's awesome, I'm happy to hear. I've really benefited from having a more inclusive approach with food again and more variety. It seems a lot of vegans have returned to eating a more varied diet over the years. I've come to find that food can be quite a sensitive topic especially here on the internet as well. I miss the short bob too but it takes so long to grow I don't think I'm ready to go all the way again right now. Maybe one day! :)

@ I noticed the same because even on vitamin supplements, the blood work still came back with deficiencies. When I was in my 20s, I could diet, ate nothing and still thriving. Then once past mid 30s, I started experiencing many symptoms showing sogns of deficiencies like chronic fatigue, nerves would be tingling and numbing all day long, trembling hands (no joke), low potassium, iron... in the end, I dropped water fasting although it was said to repair and heal but started dropping so much hair! Vitamin B gives me acne... lol food is supposed to be enjoyed as medicine but im glad these days people dont get crazy when someone goes back to a varied diet. It works and thankfully the tingling trembling hands went away.

one reason why a vegan diet doesn't work is usually because you eat too little. if you look at chloie's what i eat in a day videos it's too little and adding a vegan diet to it makes it even less. we need even more when we eat vegan, but many lack knowledge and therefore suffer nutritional deficiencies. there are so many girls who eat far too little during the day.

Which oil are you using? I struggle finding sth else than olive oil since sun flower oil is apparently not healthy

The healthiest oils to use are olive oil - make sure is real, in dark bottle, only one origin and it has both dates of production and sell by, then if you want to fry/bake at high temp use avocado oil, again make sure its quality and then coconut oil is good too but I use only the first two. Hope this helps 😊

Hey! I'm sharing some in my upcoming night routine video. I've found that doing activities I enjoy during Winter helps, like skiing, baking, reading, cooking, watching movies, going to theatre or museums, walks outside in nature and exercise. :)
