I love these ideas especially the “cake for breakfast” and the crispy tuna wrap 😋 so simple but sometimes you don’t think of them!! You’re one of my fave KZitemrs always. I will surely try baked oats. I never had baked oats. And you gave good tips. I am done with yo yo dieting and crash diets. I am 219.8. And I need to go see that movie. And i need to workout more. I try to intermittent fast but I been cheatings. Definitely will make some of these meals. Thanks for the content .Its motivating to watch just told myself I am gonna lose weight its no ifs ams or maybe I am losing weight and its happening fast but healthy and realistic.

Everything looks so delicious :) also when you said that your digestion is like “clockwork” was very motivating to eat the right foods!! Do you use your air fryer often? We are trying to decide if we should get one for each other for Christmas :)

Ahh thank you so much! Haha yes it makes a big difference eating what’s right for you! I use my air fryer every single day! So worth it! Super quick to cook things like chicken and potato, less washing up and food tastes amazing ❤
