SAUSAGE, POTATO & EGG BITES RECIPE:
156 cals & 16g protein for 2
-6 Eggs
-252 Grams Egg Whites
-8 Jones Chicken Sausage Links, diced (any protein is fine)
-153 grams frozen diced potatoes
-Salt & pepper to taste
Whisk eggs together, add in cooked sausage, frozen potatoes, salt &pepper. Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes, until eggs are no longer jiggly:)
TURKEY CAULI-RICE BURRITO BOWL RECIPE:
349 cals & 32g protein per serving (makes 4 servings)
-16oz ground turkey 93% lean
-330grams frozen cauli-rice (I used the Spanish flavor one at my local store)
-Lawrys Taco Seasoning Packet
-12oz Black Beans, rinsed
Brown turkey until completely cooked, add in frozen cauliflower rice, taco seasoning and black beans, cook until cauliflower is no longer frozen. Serve with lettuce, Siete chips and salsa!
