BUTTERMILK PANCAKES INGREDIENTS:
Plain flour: 2 cups
Sugar: 3 tbsp
Baking powder: 1 and half tbsp
Baking soda: 1 and half tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Buttermilk : 2 and half cups
Eggs: 2 large
Vanilla extract: 1 tbsp
Butter: 80 g (melted)
(Make sure everything is on room temperature)
Pad See Ew Ingredients;
250 g Chicken thighs
1 packet rice noodles
1 bunch Chinese broccolini
4 garlic chives (optional)
1 large egg
5 garlic cloves minced
3 tbsp oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soya sauce
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
-1 tsp msg / chinese salt
-1 tsp white pepper
Biscoff Mini Cheesecake Ingredients;
Cream cheese: 600 g
Double cream/ fresh cream: 500 ml
Powdered sugar: 4 tbsp
Biscoff spread: 300 g
Base;
Lotus biscuits: 250 g
Butter: 70 g
Biscoff spread for topping: 50-80 g as per needed ( microwave it for 20 seconds for running consistency)
