Dear, please allow me to tell you it is possible, no, it is necessary to eat a healthy and wholesome diet, to eat big portions if you feel like it, to finish your plate if you feel like it! You must never, ever starve yourself, if the weight you deem or you have been taught is "ideal" requires starvation to be maintained, then it is not your ideal or healthiest weight at all. Now, believe me, I understand the horror of weight gain but if you try and follow, for instance, as Sadia here does, a healthy, balanced diet that works for you, you will be so much healthier and happier that, eventually, you'll overcome the fear. I am sorry for the long reply but I feel strongly on the subject, Pick up limes really helped me to heal my relationship with food in recovery from my eating disorder so hope it will help you as well in whatever struggle you face💜 much love your way and best wishes!

It all sounds pretty romantic - living in Europe, herb garden, minimalism, meal preps with fancy ingredients. All very nice and boho - just not realistic. It's her pretty face, good articulation of ideas and quality of the videos that make people go googoo gaagaa over her. The only part that is admirable is that she is a nutritionist and dietician which gives weight to her arguments on healthy eating, weight loss etc.

Sadia, I'll tell you what I appreciate about this video the most besides your charm and the beauty of the love between you and Robin (you are both so lucky to have found one another). What I love is that you've shown honest, realistic portions. There are so many vegan KZitem cooking channels that show feast foods that, if eaten daily, would lead to poor health from weight gain. I can look at you two and realistically believe this is a typical day's food for you two because it is very well made, very healthy, and modestly portioned. I feel that people could safely follow your recipes and be reasonably healthy and able to stick to healthy BMI goals so as to extend longevity and avoid lifestyle diseases. Thank you for that honesty and integrity. Goodness knows KZitem tries to beat it out of you.

In the past two days i’ve made all three recipes (granola, sundried tomato pesto, and the falafels) and all were a big success! Thanks so much Sadia. x

You two are sooooooo delightful. The gorgeous recipes are a fantastic extra! You are seriously inspiring me to eat a very healthy and very conscious whole food plant-based diet. I used to be a rawfoodist, felt great on it but struggled to stick with it. This is the next best thing as I can truly integrate these type of meals into my long-term diet & lifestyle. With additional vegetable juices, green smoothies, and chia puddings. I love you guys!!! I mean REALLY!!! I must have watched this about 10 times already! 🧡✨

Best trick I found for making falafel not too moist: add chickpea flour. Doesn’t change the taste like wheat flour can but dries it up for perfect frying

My husband graduated two years ago. He is a physicist and his research was around the shape of the protons. 🙄During the presentation I didnt get a word but I was trying to show the opposite by nodding 🤫

@Kornelia Milewczyk I will agree with you on that. The shape of the Proton was considered to be rounded, however after the research it was found that it is not rounded, it has the shape of an egg.

They are so cute. My heart.❤️ Been a fan of Sadia for almost 2 years & tried some of her recipes too. Discovered Pick Up Limes when I first started getting into minimalism. I find it really inspiring, especially when I need a pick me up or some motivation. Congratulations to Robin & thank you Sadia for being such a positive force. Now more than ever we need more Sadia’s in this world.

If you heat the bread or wraps... Not only do they taste better, but they are more pliable (more bend-y) and less likely to crack. ❤🌅🌵

I loved the style of the "slides" for lack of a better word introducing what you're doing next, super cute. And the bloopers were great too! Thank you again.
