i love how you are transparent about your veganism change even if you feel guilty. I think only buying eggs from local and free range farms is the right choice. I still love you and will watch your videos :)

I think it’s important that you talk about protein! I’m a “plant based” body builder, and while watching vegan what I eat in a day/weeks, you’re like the only one who makes it a priority and it’s very important!!

I think that being fully vegan is the best choice regarding animals, and I think many will agree here. We do live in a mostly omnivore world, so to be vegan isn't as easy. I think that as long as we are doing our best it's awesome. Sometimes people don't have the budget or health to be "fully" vegan(mental or physical) and it's fine. I understand your struggle well. I am trying to be as vegan as I can, but sometimes it's kinda hard in the society we live in and in the country I live. I think that vegans sharing their struggles regarding food is very important for new vegans. I think veganism should welcome more flexibility regarding honey and eggs for example, or maybe we should use the word "plant-based" rather than vegan.:) I'm happy that u are taking care of yourself and listening to your body, and even when consuming animal derived products you strive to get them as ethical as possible. And yes ,veganism can sometimes trigger EDs, so it's important to be understanding and indulgent with yourself. U are a beautiful human, Cheyenne, and if eggs is the thing that helps u battle your ED don't blame yourself, you are doing ur best. This is important. It's not crucial to be "perfect", it's crucial to do your best. Sending lots of love.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve had to go gluten free because of having a chronic inflammatory condition that flares with it. I only originally went vegan rather than veggie because of having to give up dairy for the same reason. I’ve been getting really desperate about maintaining gf and vegan, so seeing you have egg actually makes me feel so reassured! Thank you helping me to just do me and not be afraid to do what works for me 💖

Anytime you can talk to a beekeeper about their process is great! Most local honey producers are very passionate about the bees’ welfare, so the more direct contact you can have with the seller about their process, the better (:

Unfortunately there is no way to ethically source eggs. 😞 Chickens suffer when their eggs are repeatedly taken and are killed once they no longer produce eggs. This happens at every farm, local or not.
@averagebrokestudent9883

Hi! If you linked some scientifically-based sources i'd be more likely to trust that my free-range chickens that we don't kill and that spend their days digging and running in our 400m² garden are psychologically suffering.
@katia5915

I don't eat eggs, but what you are saying is most likely not happening in small community farms or village chickens, many people keep chickens as pets and just take the eggs(either bc they are unfertilized or bc they can't sustain more animals) when they lay them without forcing mass production on them

Being a vegan can be very hard- and although it could be considered a form of discipline as well as saving animals, some people can’t abstain from eating meat or eggs. It’s okay if you aren’t vegan, because not everyone can do it. I love animals, but I am not a vegan. Instead, I support people who want to save them as much or more than I do. ❤️

@plants4passions V she was vegan for years and she just had some eggs from her local farm bc she didn’t want to trigger her Ed, we are humans and she definitely doesn’t support animal exploitation
@katia5915

@plants4passions V I believe she is aware of the place her eggs come from, she said that she got them from a local small farm which she saw the chickens living good, and that makes a huge difference if we compare them to factory farming which is terrible, also I will repeat that we are humans and definitely doesn’t want to hurt any animals, if you think that you don’t know her at all
