Maybe i am congused, but i believe what you eat might be 1400 cal, but your calorie deficit is probably lower, right? The deficit itself isnt 1400 cal

Some times I eat 1300-1400 calories a day I always rather be under then over, for my BMR I’m still in a calorie deficit

@@ebonielemaee yeah dont disagree with thar, all i am saying is a calorie deficit is probably 200 cal, not what you eat in a whole day like 1400 cal. The deficit is that smaller number
