Hey I don’t like the texture of zucchini what vegetable do you recommend as a swap for breakfast? Also do you workout in the mornings before breakfast or after?

Hi! Honestly any veggie you personally like! Some great examples of other nutrient dense vegetables are carrots, mushrooms and onions, peppers, cauliflower, etc. and I personally workout in the late afternoon/before dinner but it is not recommended to workout before breakfast as it can negatively impact your hormones and blood sugar balance. If you would like to workout in the morning while still supporting your hormones, I would eat a nutrient dense breakfast within 30 minutes of waking and then workout 😊

Just one more question I don’t have those sausages available anywhere near me and every other brand adds sugar Do you happen to have any ideas for an alternative I really wanna balance my blood sugar and hormones. Thanks for your time! 😊

@@JazmineCorona6011 you can try making your own breakfast patties! There are some very yummy recipes on Pinterest! Or omelets are a great source of protein and vegetables. Plain organic Greek yogurt is another great source of protein in the morning and you can fruit, seeds, etc. to it to make more nutrient dense. Hope that helps! 😊
