Napping is hard, because a regular sleep cycle is 60-90min. So when you wake up in the middle of your cycle your are usually always tired

Not sure if you’ve ever thought/did of this (you probably have) but for a cheaper alternative to your crease release, buy your favourite fabric softener and dilute in a spray bottle and spray it on your clothes/sofa/bed and so on!!! It’s so good and smells amazing 💗

The egg yolk going to one side of the pan is because it is probably an older egg. The fresher the egg the more in the middle the yolk would be. But fear not, you can still eat these older eggs so long as they haven't gone off and rotten :)

Hi Hannah, firstly I wanted to say that I am a huge fan of yours (from the very start of your KZitem journey!) and I LOVE watching your videos (they really help me relax and unwind). I've had smoothie bowls before and have always wanted to try açai. However, I'm not good at trying new things! Would you be able to describe to me what it tastes like? Thank you so much 💜

You can always separate the egg, cook the white for a bit and then add the yolk in the middle but it’s a lot of effort 😂
