Welcome to IPINKIT.
This is probably one of my most diverse what I eat in a day vegan vlogs, as I added dishes from different cultures. Right now that I’m in Istanbul, I’ve been mainly focusing on finding all the fresh local produce, that’s how I ended up finding the artichoke bottoms. Here they prepare them with filling inside, which I customize to be free from my allergens as I also can’t eat peas.
Apart from it, in this video I’m also sharing how to make pupusas. For those who aren’t familiar with them, this is the traditional dish from El Salvador. Even though I’m vegan, allergic, and traveling outside my home country, I love to bring the flavors with me. So these vegan pupusas are made with rice flour, which I know you’ll love specially if you avoid corn like me.
If you are new to IPINKIT, my name is Ingrid and I'm a vegan with food allergies. I'm allergic to soy, gluten, nuts, eggs, dairy, shellfish, and most legumes apart from beans. Therefore, within my travel vlogs and top 8 allergen free recipes I love to share that is possible to live your best life, despite the allergy diagnosis.
