-2 eggs over medium
-gluten free/vegan bagel
-side of avocado
Post workout Smoothie
- 1 banana
-cup of frozen berries
-frozen pineapple
-coconut milk
-cinnamon
Late lunch/ early dinner
-Organic brown rice & quinoa
-grilled chicken
-onions
-mushrooms
-spinach
-sweet potato
-gluten free teriyaki
Cup of hot tea before bed with chocolate for dessert
